Kirsty Deegan and Louise Timpson started with £20, two second-hand beauty beds and a few bottles of skincare. Today they own the House: a three-storey mansion on the Tatton Estate, with studios, a cafe and rooms to stay in.

One half of the powerhouse behind the academy, with a brain that never switches off. A mum of four, autistic and ADHD, she is proof that you do not need the perfect circumstances to build an empire. She is the driving force behind every big move we make.

The creative heartbeat of the academy.

The one who turns chaos into branding and ideas into visuals. With dyslexia, ADHD and a knack for doing things differently, she sees the world in a way most people do not, which is exactly why the academy stands out. A mum of one and the queen of design.
